Ollie & Co Events LLC (“we”, “us”) rents soft play and bounce house setups for children’s celebrations, company family days and brand activations in Salt Lake and Utah Valley. This policy explains what we collect from you, why, and what we do with it.

We keep this short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, write to info@ollieandcoevents.com and we’ll explain it in plain language.

What we collect

When you contact us or request a quote, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your event date and time, the address where the event will be held, and the details you share about your celebration — your child’s age, the number of guests, your space, and your colour preferences.

When you use our planning tool, your answers are saved so we can prepare your quote and so you can come back to it with a link. Your contact details are stored with it.

When you pay, your card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the amount, the date, and the last four digits.

When you visit the site, our website platform records basic visit statistics — pages viewed, approximate location by country, and how you arrived. This is aggregated and we cannot identify you from it.

What we do not do

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or retargeting tracker on this site.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry, prepare your quote, reserve your date, coordinate delivery and setup, issue your contract and invoice, and contact you about your event. That is all.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the business run, and only to the extent they need it: Squarespace hosts this website; Formspree delivers the contact form to our inbox; Supabase stores quotes and bookings; Netlify hosts the planning tool; Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site and may receive your IP address when a page loads; Stripe processes card payments; and our insurer, only if an incident occurs at your event and only what the claim requires.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our setups are for children, but our customers are adults, and every booking is made by an adult.

Photographs. We photograph our setups. Our rental agreement asks you to check a box before we publish any image that includes your child, and that box is separate from the one that covers photographs of the equipment alone. If you do not check it, no image of your child is published — on our website, on social media, or anywhere else. You can withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us, and we will remove the image.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become bookings: two years, then deleted. Bookings: seven years, because tax and insurance records require it.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. We will, except for what we are legally required to keep.

Your choices

Write to info@ollieandcoevents.com and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your information, or stop contacting you. We reply within a few business days.

Cookies

Our website platform sets a small number of cookies so the site works and so we can see how many people visit. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your information, we will email you.
