Good to know

Questions, answered

The hours, the space, the weather, and what happens if something goes wrong — everything families ask us before they book.

Booking

How long is the rental?

Six hours. We arrive before that to set up, and come back afterward to take everything down — the six hours are yours, not ours.

How far in advance should I book?

Four to six weeks is comfortable, and spring and summer weekends fill first.

If your date is close, ask anyway. If we’re free, we can take a booking with a single day of notice — short-notice bookings are paid in full when you reserve.

What does it take to hold my date?

A 50% deposit and a signed agreement. The balance is due seven days before your event. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, $599. Our interactive activities — the Mega Lego Zone, the Bubble Dome and the Merry-Go-Round — are add-ons, and they don’t rent on their own.

Can I book more than one collection for the same party?

You can. Our packages don’t share equipment, so two collections means two complete setups. Families do this when they are expecting a wide age range.

What happens if I have to cancel?

Fourteen days or more before your event, your payment becomes a credit toward a future booking; the deposit itself isn’t refundable. Inside fourteen days, the deposit’s forfeited.

Your space

How much room do I need?

The Petal needs 15 × 15 ft. The Blossom, 20 × 16 ft with 12 ft of height. The Vineyard, 40 × 40 ft.

What kind of surface do you need?

Flat and smooth. Level grass or turf is ideal, and smooth concrete works too.

What doesn’t work: cracked or rough concrete, gravel, sand, bark, or any noticeable slope. If you’ren’t sure, send us a photograph — we’d rather tell you in advance than on the morning of.

Do you need electricity?

Yes, and this one isn’t optional. Our inflatables stay up because a blower runs for the entire event, so we need a working outlet within reach of the setup.

If your venue is a park or a field without power, you’ll need to arrange access before we can confirm. We ask about this when you book, so there are no surprises on the day.

How much time do you need before the party starts?

Between 90 minutes and two hours, depending on the collection. We arrive, set up, and are finished and out of the way before your first guest — you won’t see us working during your party.

Can you set up earlier than that?

Often, yes. If your morning is tight, tell us and we’ll find an install time that works. We never move your party. We move ourselves.

During the party

Who supervises the children?

At private celebrations, you do. An adult needs to be watching the play area at all times, and that’s written into your agreement.

For public events — mall activations, corporate family days, anything open to the public — we provide a trained attendant for the duration, quoted with your proposal.

What ages is each collection for?

The Petal is for ages 0–4, the Blossom for 0–6, and the Vineyard for 4–8. The age range isn’t decoration: it’s what the equipment is rated and sized for.

Can parents get in?

Our setups are built for small bodies. Adults are welcome to sit at the edge of the soft play with a baby, but the bounce houses are for children only, inside the stated ages.

Do guests take their shoes off?

Yes. Every setup comes with a shoe organizer and a safety sign. It keeps the equipment clean and the little ones safer.

What it costs

What is included in the price?

Delivery, setup, breakdown, personalized styling, and sanitation. There is no setup fee on top.

Do you charge for delivery?

Not within 20 miles of Herriman. Past that we quote by distance — just ask.

Is there a deposit for damage?

We don’t hold a deposit. We keep a card on file and only use it if something is damaged beyond normal wear or returned excessively soiled — up to $250, itemized with photographs within 72 hours.

Normal wear is on us. Scuffs, a little dirt, the ordinary marks of a party full of toddlers — we expect all of it, and it’s built into the price. In practice we almost never charge anything.

Weather, and the unexpected

What if it rains?

We decide together by 7:00 p.m. the night before, so nobody is making calls at 6 a.m. on the day.

Our first instinct is always to keep your date. A garage, a church hall, a community room, a friend’s house — if there’s a covered space inside our delivery area, we’ll move there at no extra charge. Rescheduling is the last resort, and if it comes to that, your booking holds for twelve months.

Bear in mind that inflatables need significant ceiling height and generally don’t fit inside a standard home. A garage usually works. A living room usually doesn’t.

What if something breaks during the party?

Call us. Normal wear is on us — we expect it, and it’s built into the price.

Safety and cleaning

How is the equipment cleaned?

Every piece is cleaned and disinfected before your event with a child-safe, fragrance-free product. The ball pit balls are done individually.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance, and we’ll send a certificate to your venue on request. Many venues require one, so ask us early and we’ll handle it directly with them.

Can you come to a park, a venue, or a mall?

Yes. Venues usually need a certificate of insurance naming them; send us the venue name and we’ll take care of it. For parks, check two things first: that the surface is flat, and that there’s power.

Photographs

Will you photograph my child?

Only if you say yes. Our agreement has two separate checkboxes: one for photographs of the setup alone, one for images that include your child.

If you don’t check the second one, no image of your child goes anywhere. Not our website, not Instagram, nowhere. You can change your mind later and we’ll remove it.
